Only Shareholders may apply for the use of the Guest Suite and must be present for the duration of the Guests stay. Shareholders must accompany their Guests during check in at the front desk upon arrival. The front desk associate will provide two (2) door keys and two (2) fobs.   If they are lost or not returned, the Shareholder must pay the replacement charge of $50.00.  If required, a parking pass and space will be assigned for the duration of the stay. The parking pass must be left on the rear view mirror or dashboard.

Shareholders must inform their Guests of “The Rules We Live By” and any violation of the Rules may result in the Guests being asked to leave the Suite and the Shareholder will lose future Guest Suite privileges. A set of “Abbreviated Rules We Live By” will be available in the Guest Suite.  All damages incurred will be the responsibility of the Shareholder.

Reservations are available up to six (6) months in advance, and are available on a first come, first serve basis including holidays via the online calendar, https://crtoinfo.com/contact/.  Shareholders can only book a holiday stay (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and New Years) once a year unless it is available, and no other Shareholder is interested in that holiday.  During peak season, January, February and March, there is a maximum stay of 7 days, and each Shareholder can only reserve one (1) week each peak season unless there is cancellation or open dates.  Off peak season, the Guest Suite can be reserved up to 10 consecutive days.  A maximum of four (4) guests may occupy the Guest Suite at any one time.

The Guest Suite Usage Fee is $150.00/night.  Reservations require a $300.00 check, money order or Zelle transfer ([email protected]) in US currency payable to Galt Mile Apartments, Inc.  Deposits are non-refundable unless a cancellation is requested 72 hours prior to the start of reservation.  In that case, we will refund $150.00.  Deposits checks must be sent to the Association office within 48 hours of reservation confirmation.

The balance due must be paid upon arrival with a check, money orders or Zelle transfer in US currency payable to Galt Mile Apartments, Inc. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $75.00 cash, and it must be paid upon arrival.  Check-in time is 4:00 pm and departure is 11:00 am.  Wi-Fi is available.

Smoking is not permitted in the Guest Suite.  If smoking is detected, there will be an
additional deep cleaning fee of $200.00. Smoking is permitted on the terrace but, balcony door must be kept closed.  Pets are not allowed at any time.  All guests must be made aware this is a residential building, and the 2nd floor is occupied by shareholders. Please inform guests to be courteous to their neighbors.
